Know Ice boasts over 30 years of experience in the business of producing and commercialising ice for the food chain. It belongs to the Hervaz Business Group (GEH), with businesses in numerous sectors and a team of over 200 people.
Procubitos, Know Ice’s business partner, is the main European manufacturer of ice cubes, with exporting experience across the whole of Europe. The supplier of national and multinational chains such as Mercadona, Carrefour, Día, Covirán, Repsol, El Corte Inglés, Makro, Edeka and Rewe, it has 7 production plants in Spain, Italy, Germany and Turkey (more than 400,000 kilos/day), whilst its plants are the experimental platform for cutting edge research and development in this sector. We have developed the most advanced factory in Europe; the first to achieve the European standards certificates ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and IFS.
